Brown the ground beef in a skillet with avocado oil. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper
Add frozen spinach, ricotta and garlic to a bowl and mix until well combined
Place a thin layer of sauce in a 9X13 pan
Lay down layer of raviolis, top with 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/2 ground beef, 1 cup mozzarella
Repeat each layer
Cover with plastic wrap, pressing down to remove air, then cover with foil and freeze
To bake from frozen- remove plastic wrap, then cover again with foil. Preheat oven to 375° and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for another 20-30 min until golden and bubbly
