Hi, I’m Becca
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a master’s in Nutrition Education, plus a wife and mom to three littles. I am super passionate about teaching a simple, realistic approach to nutrition and how to eat intuitively for both nourishment and satisfaction.
Food is one of the greatest joys of life, but too often becomes peoples’ downfall when they become obsessive or restrictive. At the same time, healthy food is a major key to health as nutrition is critical to our body’s proper functioning and longevity; so how do you strike a balance?
I’m here to tell you it’s totally possible to prioritize nutrition and also enjoy food without limits, all without stress, tedious plans, diets, and micromanaging everything you eat. This is what I like to call the mindful method.
